📰 State of Real Estate Market Today
✨There are essentially two markets today. One market is the Turn-Key market which attracts a lot of attention and demand. Given the lack of inventory, the buyers who are in the market are looking for properties they can buy and move right in. No hassles, no contractors to deal with for months before being able to live in their new homes.
🏚️ The other market is the “dated” market, or homes that may need a little or a lot of work to bring them into turn-key condition. These are the homes that are not attracting attention, so they stay on market longer and become stale properties which attract low ballers and flippers.
Homes have a very short window of time when they are new to market. This is when everyone will be looking at them to decide if they want to visit in person or simply swipe to the next home. As they say, you only have one chance to make an impression.
