🚨 Let’s set something straight. It’s apparently people posing as Realtors who are doing this outrageous thing. Perhaps Investors or perhaps Realtors from out of the area.
Realtors typically live in the community. I doubt any local Realtor who lost their own home or may still be looking for family or friends who are still missing (1000+ still unaccounted for) will be making calls and looking for deals. Realtors primarily make money off transactions. You want to preserve your reputation locally, not as an Axxhole who would be doing something like this.
It’s people who are not from there doing this. And it is just convenient to blame Realtors and say they are doing it.
For those of you doing this. You will get what’s coming to you. Karma’s gonna be a bitch.
