😍 Buying a home is an emotional experience, which means the first impression makes a huge impacts on the buyer. You want that first impression to be exceptionally positive, that way the buyer wants to move to the next phase and make an offer.
When expectations (fully staged) and reality (empty cold space) dramatically differ as with virtual staging, that emotional experience goes through a dramatic change. I have seen it with buyers and virtual staging. They feel betrayed and feel their time was wasted. You don’t want negative feelings associated with your listing.
