This is after all, the DoorDash generation.    

To get your home sold in today’s climate is to fall within the top 25% of homes -  in condition - available for sale at the moment.  Those are the ones selling quickly and for more.  White quartz counters, Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring and LED lights are standard equipment.  These take time and money.
