In a sign that things are quickly going back to normal status, CAR (California Association of Realtors) just announced that Open Houses will be permitted once again after nearly a year of their restrictions.
As we are entering indoors, so safety protocols about mask wearing, safe distance and signing of forms stating you do not have the virus are required. However your ability as a buyer to see the property during weekends with your agent and other members of your household without having to schedule private showings days in advance may be a thing of the past.
This was just announced, so details have to be hammered out, but looks like it will be a busy summer season with buyers coming back in droves.
