Single Family Homes
The Median Single Family Home Price dipped ever so slightly by .4% to $1,175,000 in July, but the number of units fell by 15.9% to 1,015 units. Still suffering from a shortage of inventory in the middle of summer. The active number of homes was a shocking 816 units. Silicon Valley is definitely suffering from lack of inventory.
Condos/Townhouses
Similar to Single Family Homes, the Condo/Townhouse market saw the Median Price dip .7% to $735,000 in July while total units sold dropped a whopping 21.7% % to 365. The number of total homes available for sale dropped by 16.4% to a mere 184 units. Those 184 units would take 15 days to sell out.
