🏆 You can’t win if you are not even in the Game.
🤔 It may be hard this year, but each passing year will be even harder. Ask any Realtor how many clients they had who kept chasing, looking for the perfect home or trying to time the market who eventually got priced out. I’ll bet you even know people in your life who are those forever spectators now. Because they got priced out cannot get in the game now. Only regrets and no equity.
It’s not getting any easier, so ask family or friends for help. Rather, offer them a business opportunity. Share the Equity. Better to share than never to have any equity appreciation.
🔥 California tried this program. It was so successful they ran out of money in 2 weeks and had to suspend the program. It was supposed to be funded for the whole year.
We are seeing the return of multiple offers and fierce bidding wars return.
You can sit and try to time it AGAIN, or just find a way to get in the Game. Whatever it takes.
Don’t become that Forever Spectator mumbling about having regrets.
